Invested as a Limited Partner (LP) on four properties with over 1,000 units with Cardone Capital, as an LP on 48 units in Savannah, GA with members of the RE group, and as a General Partner (GP) on 18 units in Dallas, TX with members of the RE group. Lev and Molly currently own two SFR, a house they are currently flipping, downtown offices, retail space, and 6 downtown apartments. They are also flipping commercial buildings to renovate downtown Williston, ND. Cooper Capital is constantly looking for great properties in strong growth markets with great potential and strong returns for investors.
